Register Maternity Patient

Register now for maternity care from De Gelukkige Kraamvrouw via our registration form.

We will contact you by phone between weeks 25 and 28 of your pregnancy to schedule an intake interview. This interview will take place no later than week 34 of your pregnancy. During the interview, your postpartum doula will discuss all the options and what you can expect during the postpartum period. You can also share your specific wishes and expectations.
